Job Description:
Delivery of all project management systems to ensure they are fit for purpose to minimize business risk and maximize Company income.
To provide functional guidance to all projects.
Provide day to day management guidance to the portfolio of assignments.
Sit on the Management Team.
Coordinate bid support as/when required.
Develop lump sum / EPC capabilities within organisation.
Coordination of all Project Execution Plans (PEPs).
Functional management and coordination of all Project Managers and Project Engineers.
Ensuring all projects have in place a rigourous Control of change to PEPs processes (Variations, growth, scope changes, acceleration/deceleration of plans, etc.).
Implementation of the Project Risk Ranking tool.
Determine, plan and provide Project Management resources to all scopes of work.
Ensuring competency and training requirements are met for all Project Managers and Project Engineers.
Outlining activities, resources and budget requirements for the annual Engineering Business Plan
