As part of their continued expansion within the gulf region they are now seeking to appoint an experienced senior consultant to lead a specialist functional tem in Abu Dhabi responsible for the provision of services to both corporate and government sector clients.

Job Description:

As an experienced change management and business advisory consultant you will have spent at least the last five years providing professional consultancy services to a broad range of clients from a number of industries.

Used to providing advice and guidance to C level and above contacts you understand the ramifications of your recommendations. Ideally working within either big 4 or one of the international change management and consultancy practices, you will have lead tenders and campaigns, research and analysis projects, and the delivery of organisational development and change management consultancy projects across the region.

You will lead a team of 7 consultants, in generating new business leads and opportunities through networking, marketing and cold call business generation. Through the development of a professional market reputation you will become the recognised authority for a number of HR consultancy disciplines.

By interacting closely with your client base you will develop a solid understanding of their present situation, issues and will provide guidance and advice to shape their business , its operations and ultimately its effectiveness both domestically and internationally.

By developing the network of both yourself and your team you will identify new revenue opportunities in order to deliver and achieve your budget objectives, as well as the potential for cross selling opportunities.

By developing your team through professional coaching and ongoing evaluation as well as ongoing project evaluation and management, you will be an inspirational leader and a role model for your peers to aspire to.

An analytical and organised individual, you take pride in your work and are a firm believer in leading by example, you are able to present solutions that are bespoke to each situation in an ever changing market with an increasingly demanding client base.
