A leading IT Services company in Qatar actively seeking a professional with Project Management Office setup experience.
Job Description:
Set up the Project Management Office and the project management methodologies using the modern tools. Put in place industry standard processes and implement relevant project management templates. Build the team, Develop and Document standards. Identify skill-set requirement of the project managers to ascertain the training requirement. Continuously measure the progress and performance and report to the top management based on the standardized tools and methodologies. Manage the projects with consistent and repeatable standards and methodologies. Develop improvement measures and implement.
The Pre Requisites:
- Must have minimum of 10 Years of Experience
- Must have developed and implemented Project Management Methodologies, templates & tools from the scratch
- Must have worked as PMO in multiple IT projects of complex nature
- Must have worked as PMO in IT commercial company
- Arabic Speaking is a definite advantage, But not mandatory
