Job Description:

As part of the continued development and growth of the UAE operation, there is now a need for a dedicated HR professional to ensure the smooth operation of the daily operations. As a generalist HR professional you will be responsible for the establishment of the complete range of HRR policy and strategy from compensation and benefits, employee and labour relations, to PRO and visa management, health and medical management, Recruitment training and development and employer branding.

A dynamic professional you will be used to working to tight deadlines and will already have a minimum of 5 years pure HR experience within a fast moving organisation. Reporting to the Group HR Director in Saudi Arabia you will develop and implement a comprehensive HR Strategy for the UAE ensuring the groups comp0liance with all relevant legislation, and advising the senior management on any changes that are implemented, and their impact on the operations in the region. Certainly not an administration position, applications will only be considered from individuals currently working as a HR Professional, who hold a degree or professional qualification in Human Resources. This role requires a fluency in both Arabic (First Language) and English and the willingness to travel across the region. Preference will be given to Emirati applicants, however other nationalities who meet the experience and qualifications profile will also be considered.
