As part of a multinational brand, this group operate across the Gulf Region. Headquartered in Saudi Arabia their UAE operation is managed from their busy distribution centre in Dubai.
Covering the Whole of the UAE, their main territories are Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and having now reached the full capacity of their workforce they have identified the need to introduce a sales manager to expand their territories and coverage.
Job Description:
Supervising a team of around 20 staff your will be responsible for the identification and delivery of new revenue streams across the retail, hospitality sectors.
Responsible for market development, key account management as well as cash collection, you will have complete responsibility for profit margins and revenue, staff management and retention, and the delivery of a quality product to the market.
Currently working as a team leader or sales manager within the UAE you should have a minimum of 5 years sales experience, most likely you will have progressed from Van salesman to your present position and will understand the challenges of a dynamic FMCG sales environment.
In order to be considered for this position you should have at least 3 years experience within B2B food and beverages sales within the UAE, and are now keen to take your career to the next stage within a multinational fast moving and growing organisation.
Fluent in English and one other language you should possess a full UAE driving Licence.
