Organization Profile:
An international player with a major local prescence supplying to government, private commercial and military organisations this group are seeking to further expand their opperations in te gulf region with the appointment of a commercially astute Country Manager to head the Oman operations.
Job Description:
As an experienced General Manager you will be responsible for driving the business activities of this organisations Oman operations, across multiple activites.
Managing the complete P&L of the business and the brand of this niche international company to a client base which includes Developers, private contractors and military groups, you will lead by exampl in this demainding market to ensure sustained growth and development.
As you would expect, the role incorporates a wide range of responsibilities, from new client generation, account management of existing relationships, identification of new revenue streams, as well as the development of a long term projects pipeline, to the management of investment and cash control, ensuring the compliance with organisation Health and Safety and its interaction with national legislation.
Commercially astute, you will already have spent a minimum of 5 years as the General Manager or Country Manager, within a fast moving manufacturing organisation in the GCC, and will have an extensive list of contacts and knowledge about the Oan market and its leading decision maker.

Salary circa 50- 65,000 Dhs per month
