Senior Analyst - Business Information (HR Analytics)
Adecco is hiring for Senior Analyst - Business Information (HR Analytics)
Contract : 5 months
Location: Dubai
As company is building our People Analytics function, so they are looking for a Senior Analyst - Business Information (HR Analytics).
The key tasks of the candidate will be:
- Collect business requirements about People Analytics from other HR functions.
- Analyze and structure these requirements into datasets.
- Convert these requirements into insightful dashboards using Tableau.
- Work with stakeholders to develop questions and hypotheses to provide insight into people issues.
- Conduct complex data analysis and correlations, and identify patterns and trends in people data.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics role (HR experience or internal / external consulting experience preferred)
- Analytical skills; hands-on experience manipulating and deriving insight from large datasets.
- Proficiency in Excel and Tableau is a must. Experience with Oracle Fusion HRIS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team oriented: strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders
