How can refugee talent enhance business growth? This World Refugee Day, Adecco takes a deep dive into the potential of refugee talent, overcoming barriers to their integration, and what businesses can do to engage refugees in the workplace.

For people like Maxime Mambo, who came to France from Ivory Coast in September 2022, receiving ongoing support alongside employment opportunities is a crucial part of building lives and relationships in their new home country. Having spent eight years in banking in Ivory Coast, the Humando programme with #Salesforce training helped Maxime transition to a career in the tech world in France. He’s confident that, with Humando, he made the right choice. Here’s how we’re committed to helping people like Maxime: https://lnkd.in/e3xQtBxS Humando is part of the Adecco Group in France.

Our mission

As a responsible employer, we know that no one chooses to be a refugee. For Adecco, refugees are much more than their status. Refugees have valuable skills and work experience, they often speak several languages, due to their unique circumstances, they have proved their agility and ability to adapt and learn. Providing access to employment lies at the very heart of what we do, because we know meaningful work is the first step towards integrating somewhere new and rebuilding lives. It means finding financial autonomy, belonging to a team, and finding a place in society.
