Adecco has been awarded as the Best Employer Brand 2021 at the 08th Edition of the GCC BEST EMPLOYER BRAND AWARDS, part of the World Human Resources Development Congress held on 16th December 2021.
The event celebrates some of the finest leaders in an organization that believe in producing leaders, leaders of change , leaders who are iconic & Talent Management strategy alliance with the vision & the mission of the organization.
Mayank Patel, Country Head Middle East received the award on behalf of Adecco Middle East. The GCC BEST EMPLOYER BRAND AWARDS 2021 recognizes organizations that have used marketing communications effectively in attracting talent, retaining talent, developing talent and in retention policy endorsed by the CHRO Asia.
The award winners were judged based on research and recommendation of organizations by the World Federation of HR professionals based on three key criteria’s as follows:
