Our client, a semi govt – Manufacturing company is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition - Senior Manager.
(Emiratisation Initiative seeking Emirati talent in the UAE)
Must have, 7+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience using ATS like SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion.
Job role:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the organization's recruitment and talent acquisition
strategies. Will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top-tier talent that aligns with company's
values, culture, and growth objectives. The Talent Acquisition Manager will bring a strategic mindset,
exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of building strong recruitment teams.
Job responsibility:
Strategic Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
and growth goals.

• Collaborate with various Department Leaders and the senior leadership to align
recruitment efforts with business objectives.
Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of
excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
Full-cycle Recruitment:

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing,
selection, and onboarding.

• Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and future roles through proactive
sourcing, networking, and industry engagement.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Sourcing and Networking:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry networks, associations, and
universities to attract top talent.

• Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Attend Industry events to build the “Company” brand.
Employer Branding: Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance the company's employer
brand and promote our unique culture to potential candidates.
Data-driven Insights: Leverage recruitment analytics to track key performance metrics, identify
trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and
develop effective recruitment plans.

• Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and selection criteria.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and
other recruitment vendors.
Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices,
ensuring a diverse candidate pool and fostering an inclusive workplace.
Technology: Be familiar with the use and implementation of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like
Taleo, Greehouse, BambooHR.
Minimum Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or
related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum Experience:

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership
role.

• Experience using ATS like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion.
Job-Specific Skills:

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate
assessment methods.

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing recruitment teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in using recruitment technology and applicant tracking systems.

• Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance
