Bancassurance Administrator
Adecco is hiring for Bancassurance Administrator for a leading insurance company in UAE.
Contract : 6 months Renewable
Location: Dubai
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for delivering high level quality of services to the Bank Partners and the Bancassurance Sales team. Assisting the Operations Manager and team to maintain high level relationships with the Banks and partners.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·Support all bank requirements ensuring high level of service standards are met & delivered to the bank partners.
·Responsible Bank and Business process management.
·Responsible for incentive calculations of the BSR’s; and obtaining approvals to release.
·Responsible for Contest Calculations.
·Liaise with the MIS specialist on multiple dashboards and adhoc reports requested by the banks and ensure in time delivery.
·Responsible for handling and resolving system related issues / queries by liaising with IT team.
·Ensure that turn-around times and process flows are maintained.
·Responsible for reconciliation and delivering of commission reports to Banks within the agreed TAT.
·Responsible for having periodic calls with Bank Operation Team to ensure all queries/ issues, if any, are resolved timely.
·Responsible for having Monthly calls with Bank partners to ensure all queries/ issues, if any, are resolved timely.
·Ensure queries raised by the bank partners are addressed as priority enabling best quality service to the banks.
·Responsible for coordinating with the Bancassurance sales team in product development and implementation.
·Ensure meeting Audit Requirements in all administration related functions.
·Carry out training as and when required with Sales team, bank partners, and internal stakeholders.
·Responsible for accurate, Adhoc reports generation Understand and adhere to all Compliance requirements, including but not limited to, reporting of suspicious transactions, screening requirements, as applicable, and the retention of Company records; plus provide timely support and unrestricted access to information as well as attend all training requests from Compliance
