We are currently recruiting for the role of Business Development Manager with one of our esteemed clients in Abu Dhabi, a leading provider in the facilities management industry.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our client’s presence in the UAE market. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and securing new business opportunities across facilities management, waste management, and sustainability solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage industry knowledge, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth while ensuring alignment with our client’s commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy & Analysis: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to enhance market presence in the UAE’s facilities and waste management sectors. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for service expansion.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential clients, establish connections, and build strong relationships to secure new contracts. Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for additional services.
- Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, including financial analysis, service scope, and project timelines, aligning with client requirements and operational capacities.
- Partnership Building: Forge and maintain relationships with key industry players, including government entities, corporate clients, and community organizations, to promote our client’s services.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by driving new sales, renewals, and upselling opportunities. Track and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Product & Service Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service solutions, responding to market demands and client feedback to ensure offerings are competitive and innovative.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all business activities comply with UAE regulations and internal policies. Provide regular reports to senior management on business development metrics, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record in facilities management, waste management, or environmental services.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE market, with existing connections in the industry.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market analysis, evaluate business opportunities, and develop growth strategies.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Results-driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
