Job Title: Manager : Senior Manager - Programme Management (Airfield)
Job Location : Dubai 
Duration : 12 Months  
 
 
 Job Purpose: 
This role is responsible for managing the entire life cycle of airfield projects, from initial brief or business case to operational handover. Key responsibilities include strong leadership in airfield project management, effective stakeholder engagement, and adept problem-solving across technical, operational, and stakeholder domains. The role requires developing and executing comprehensive project delivery plans, including strong stakeholder engagement strategies. It also involves overseeing senior stakeholder relationships across internal and external organizations, driving client-led initiatives, and ensuring minimal impact on aerodrome capacity, operations, and maintenance during project execution.
 
 
Specialization: Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Construction Management, or related fields.
 
Professional/Regulatory/Certification Requirements:

• Programme  & Project Management

• Construction Management (CIOB) or similar
  
 
 Skills required :

• Ability to develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders to enable positive collaboration and stakeholder management.

• Internal project leadership and stakeholder engagement for wider business unit engagement and cooperation.

• Ability to drive projects through complex issues is mandatory.

• Ability to resolve complex problems, whilst understanding and using others technical, operational and stakeholder viewpoints. Proven ability to develop and lead Project Delivery Plans, Project Scheduling, Risk & Issues Management, Budget Management, Procurement Strategy & Contract Administration, etc.

• Operational Readiness Activation & Transition experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
