Program Manager
Job Description:
- Responsible for making a strategic move for end-to-end Ultra-grocery project and leading the team for client's fresh & MRPL- Omni Team in across multiple locations for ecommerce App Design and Launch.
- He/she should have led the design and launch of an e-commerce likely involved conceptualizing the app's features, user interface, and overall user experience.
- E-commerce Business Expansion: Successfully expanded the e-commerce network to multiple stores in Scalable Operations Processes: Set up scalable operations processes for the e-commerce business.
- Key KPI Management/Grocery Fresh Operations: Managed the operations for client’s fresh & MRPL in UAE
- Lead quarterly forecast, demand and supply planning process to project the number of orders and design the sourcing plan based on capacity planning for active delivery partner
- Hiring and on boarding of New delivery partners , Price negotiations & defining strategic KPI’s
- Review & share weekly reports & plan of action to the top management CXO stakeholders regarding the growth performance, the logistics initiatives & the budgeting
- Improved last mile delivery customer handshake accuracy by 33% through geofencing the customer location based on historical
- Must have strong experience in supply chain, operations, ecommerce(only grocery domain)
