Sales Manager – Foundry / Steel Products (Middle East)
Location: Dubai
Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales Manager to drive sales and technical support for our clients Foundry Division in the GCC/MENA region. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of key customers, build strong multilevel relationships, and work to expand their footprint in existing and new markets. You will be an ambassador of their innovative product offerings and support customers to improve their production processes, safety, and quality while meeting company goals for turnover, sales, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth for our clients Foundry Division products, services, and concepts in alignment with budget and strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners at various organizational levels.
  • Actively manage and develop existing business, and cultivate new business opportunities within specified markets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting successful product trials, providing application support, and addressing technical or commercial issues.
  • Support objectives across HSE, quality, safety, and inventory management to align with our core values and business standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely product application, logistics, and technical support.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy or a related field, with a strong technical understanding of foundry materials and applications.
  • Proven experience in sales and application engineering within the foundry, steel, or refractory industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage complex customer relationships with a focus on increasing sales and customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to troubleshooting technical and commercial challenges.
  • Extensive travel across the GCC/MENA region required.
