- To deliver High quality of customer service
- To ensure the delivery of smooth, efficient and consistent best practice of functioning of the customer service desk.
- To be responsible in delivery bespoken process and procedure of the overall customer service process.
- To help Customers Visiting us and to make their Journey seamless
- To have a high level of product knowledge
- Handle general guest inquiries received during the journey.
- To make sure they are confident and ready to answer all inquiries during the journey.
- To make sure they don’t leave their allocated areas before briefing their supervisors.
- Keep records of customer service requests and complaints and make sure they are acknowledged and attended.
- Control the flow of people throughout the attractions to avoid unnecessary crowed
- Handle customer complaints in accordance of the department policies and procedures.
