Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager


Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is integral to managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving new business opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify new business opportunities, including markets, clients, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Enhance company credibility and build trust with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including event planning, production, and marketing, to align with client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Assist clients in using products and services while keeping them informed of new features.
  • Oversee the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Attend conferences and events to network with industry partners and stay updated on new trends.
  • Conduct market research and provide actionable feedback for sales planning and marketing campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales Manager in events, exhibitions, rentals, or structures.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.
  • Tenacity to seek new business opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
