Adecco is hiring for New Business Operations Administrator for a leading client in UAE
Job Title: New Business Operations Administrator
Job Location : Dubai
Job type: 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
To perform the various functions in the new business operations unit for the Agency, Bancassurance, and IFA channels to achieve established goals, achieve a profit, and provide quality services that generate long term success for the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new insurance applications, handle policy changes, and manage cancellations.
- Review and ensure accuracy of customer data (age, DOB, name, etc.) on insurance applications.
- Gather and document existing customers' claims histories and compliance checks (OFAC, FATCA, CRS).
- Update policies based on underwriter decisions and company guidelines.
- Calculate premiums, refunds, and commissions, and prepare documents for account adjustments.
- Manage policy kit dispatch and ensure all documents (T&Cs, endorsements, benefit cards) are included.
- Verify financial transactions and ensure policies are activated accurately.
- Process refund requests and manage reconciliation with medical service providers.
- Collaborate with agents, consultants, and bancassurance relationship managers to provide updates on applications and requests.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance authority requirements.
- Due to nature of job and responsibility, fluency in Arabic is must.
